This permanent installation of blue and green light in the two staircases of Dia's exhibition facility at 548 West 22nd Street, New York City, exemplifies Flavin's subtle work in relation to a specific architectural context. Commissioned and completed in 1996 just prior to Flavin's death, it is his last work in fluorescent light.
